What are some of your ideas on how companies who use drive-in can make their services more accessible to deaf people?

This video is real life – The waiter was wondering why Amy was filming with my camera – so, I typed in the note on my iPhone 4s explaining to her about the deaf customers cannot order something over the speaker. Of course deaf people had to press the red button and no words – I had to wave at workers to get their attention that I’m deaf. In this video, I happened to have a friendly and very nice waiter had patient with me. Lucky me! 🙂
