Who provides the workshop?
First, Rory Osbrink,
CSDF Bilingual Education Specialist,
Instructor at Berkeley City College and Gallaudet Uni.
He has a master’s degree in Deaf Education
of ASL/English from the University of San Diego.
He provided training
and consultation on bilingual
education strategies.
Second is Michele Berke
a Student Outcomes Specialist
for CSDF.
She has a PhD from the University of Colorado,
with a focus on how Deaf mothers
read with their Deaf children.
She holds multiple subjects,
and she is a Deaf/Hard of Hearing Education Specialist.
