Lots of people post Fitspiration and ‘healthy’ photos/videos on the internet but for some of us it’s not possible to function properly only with a healthy diet and fitness. This is just my way of saying you’re not alone! Fitspiration posts make me sad as here’s what REALLY keeps me going…
