RIT on TV: Alumni Pitch Business on ‘Shark Tank’

RIT Saunders College of Business alumni Nathan Coleman ’09 (marketing) from Ossining, N.Y., and James Brooks ’09 (international business) from Schenectady, N.Y., appeared on the popular show ‘Shark Tank’ to pitch their business to investors. The pair are the founders of Elephant Pants, an apparel line inspired by their travels to Thailand. Coleman and Brooks earned a $500,000 offer from Daymond John for 10 percent equity.
