Metro Mobility Issues (DeafBlind Friendly)

The Minnesota Disability Law Center (MDLC) has received complaints about Metro Mobility’s performance. MDLC is currently investigating to see if Metro Mobility is following the Americans with Disabilities Act.

We need your help. If you are a Metro Mobility rider, we want to talk with you and get your Metro Mobility information. We need your information to see if Metro Mobility is following the law.

The attached authorization form (PDF) details the type of information that may be provided to MDLC if you allow MDLC to request your Metro Mobility information. As explained in the authorization form, MDLC will keep private your name, date of birth, home address, or phone number, unless you have signed a separate authorization allowing us to share this information.

If you have concerns or complaints about Metro Mobility’s performance and would like MDLC to request your information from Metro Mobility, please review, sign, and return the authorization form. Please return the authorization form through one of the following methods:

Fax: 612-746-3823
E-mail: jmpage@mylegalaid.org or cchapman@mylegalaid.org
Mail: 430 First Avenue N., Suite 300, Minneapolis, MN 55401
If you have any questions about the authorization form or would like to discuss your Metro Mobility concerns or complaints with an MDLC staff member, please contact either of the following people:

Justin Page, Staff Attorney: (612) 746-3785
Christen Chapman, Staff Attorney: (612) 746-3823
Please note that discussing your Metro Mobility concerns or complaints with MDLC or allowing MDLC to request your Metro Mobility information does not create an attorney-client relationship with MDLC at this time. Thank you.
