3D Printed Guitar from RIT’s AMPrint Center

This electric guitar was 3D printed in RIT’s AMPrint Center. There’s more to the guitar than just looking and sounding cool. Its design – using lattice structures that are lightweight, yet strong – shows the impact 3D printing can have in all kinds of industries.

Guitar played by RIT Engineering Ph.D. student Andrew Greeley.
