Is Holi festival safe for women?

In this video, I’ve shared my personal experience when I went to Holi Festival in India. I was really excited and was looking forward to this experience but Holi was not what I expected.

Thanks to @nomadicdeaf who happened to capture one of these moments and allowing me to share.

*Note: I’m not in the position to explain about the legend or tradition of Holi festival. However, DO PLEASE give me any reliable resources about this tradition that is in American Sign Language, International Sign, Indian Sign Language or even visual explanation for my Deaf followers*
