An ex-Bank of America employee has filed a lawsuit against Bank of America for discrimination and the lawsuit “claims the bank ignored her requests for an interpreter, hurting her performance and leading to her firing.” Federal officials who are familiar with the case says that the company failed to provide the employee a sign language interpreter.
