Purple has many features to make your calling easier. One of those features is ‘Announce Relay’ which lets you decide if you want the interpreter to tell the hearing person that this is a VRS call–or not. It’s up to you.
In this video, we show you how it works, and explain the best practices to follow when choosing not to have the interpreter announce relay.
