Storytelling and poetry have long been Deaf traditions. The 2016 Sorenson Communications calendar spotlights Deaf poets and storytellers – both trailblazers and those who carry on the tradition today. View each page of the calendar website to watch a featured poet or storyteller perform his or her work in American Sign Language (ASL) and to learn more about the artist. Then watch the SVRS® Deaf Poetry and Storytelling Performances, held at the Lexington School for the Deaf during October 2015.

Sorenson is proud to be a strong proponent of ASL, the native language of deaf Americans.
