Good morning, my name is Elise Knopf. I am the state coordinator for deaf services VR – Vocational rehabilitation. I am here to share information about an upcoming spring workshop, sponsored by Goodwill. The program is called WIC – Work Incentives Connection. That program provides information for people who collect SSI/SSDI and want to learn how to return to the workforce and wonder how it will impact benefits. If so, this workshop is for you. Or if you are a provider or family member of someone who collects benefits and wonder how to support them, this workshop is for you too. The workshops will take place in 4 regions of the state: North, Central, South and Metro. There are a lot of different times and dates available.
