NHS at 70 – Two deaf people share their experience

On 5th July 1948, the NHS was born. Thanks to our successful lobbying, hearing aids were provided for free for the first time, helping 27,000 people in the first year. 70 years later, we sit down with two deaf people, Ellie Parfitt, also known as Deafie Blogger, and David Ede, Civil Servant, to talk about hearing aids, the NHS and what the future should look like for the health service.
