Q: Why can’t the VI or hearing person hear me, even when I am not muted?
When we install Z5 Mobile, sometimes we accidentally choose the option that does NOT allow Z5 Mobile to access the device’s microphone. To fix this, please get in your device’s Settings, then tap Privacy – Microphone – Z5. You will see an option to turn your microphone ON. Then, audio will work during your calls.
