Q: My OneVP is not working (can’t make or receive a call). What do I do?
Check the power button on your OneVP for it to turn on and connect to the Internet.
If you are still unable to make or receive calls, please check to see if you can connect to the Internet using a different device.
If your internet connection is down, try rebooting your Internet router/modem.
If your OneVP still cannot make or receive calls, please contact the ZVRS Customer Experience Team at 866-932-7891 from any videophone or firstname.lastname@example.org via email.
