Being deaf is not a scary or bad thing. There are a lot of good things that come with it. For example, you don’t have to hear your boyfriend or girlfriend snoring, you don’t have to listen to Donald Trump speak, and you get to experience the world in a very different yet cool way.
Being able to experience deaf culture and deaf community is also a really cool thing, as well as the potential of being bilingual with English and American Sign Language (or the languages of the country you live in).
Stick around, watch the video, and find out what the deaf community also had to say!
