KIM: Before I can share my opposition or support of a proposed bill, I must have information which eventually become my talking points. It can be four or five bullet points of your story, your research, your data, and/or information from your stakeholders.

KIM: When your talking points are ready, you can sit down, e-mail, or call and share your talking points with your Legislators. On the top of document itself, you need to make your support or opposition obvious then at the bottom is where you should leave your contact information. That way if your Legislators have more questions for you, or if they’re curious about the information you shared, they can contact you.
