Having trouble logging into your Convo app on iOS? We’ve got you—check out this week’s video to fix this issue. 📱🔧

[English Transcript: After the recent Apple iOS 14 update, you may have experienced trouble logging into your Convo app once you’ve completed the update. Why did this happen? Before the update, local network connections were enabled by default, but now we all need to manually enable them.

The good news? It’s easy to fix so you can get back to making calls with us! There are two ways to fix the issue.

First, open iOS settings on your iPhone. Navigate to Settings, Convo, Local Network then enable Local Network. Once you’ve done that, restart the Convo iOS app and log in. Here’s how.

Finish try all steps and still running into issues? Secondly, delete and reinstall the Convo app and then repeat the above steps before logging in.
