If you have a preferred VP number with a different VRS provider and want to port to Convo, but want to keep your current number, you can! It’s simple, let me show you how.
First, create an account with us. On the third page of the form you’ll see an option to port your VP number. Check the box and fill out the number you want to port and from which VRS provider you’re doing it from—finish filling out the form and submit.
It will take up to 5 business days to process your port, then you’ll have access to all of Convo’s perks—which includes our awesome interpreters!
