RECOVERY – is for everyone: Every person, Every family, and Every community.
Recovery Awareness Month reminds – people-in-recovery – and those who support them – that no one is alone on the journey through recovery. Everyone’s journey is different, but we all are in this together.
Recovery Month – educates others about substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders – informs people of the effectiveness of treatment – and where to find recovery services. Recovery is POSSIBLE!
Recovery Awareness Month is held every September to raise awareness.
