HIV prevention is about so much more than protecting yourself and others. Contact Angela for a free HIV test kit, or to participate in our private or group sessions, and you may get free gift cards!

Maybe you’ve noticed that discussions about HIV tend to focus on men, and overlook women. Even though women can also get HIV and other sexually transmitted diseases (STDs), but have limited information.

Time to change that. I’m Angela, *name sign*.
Does HIV prevention only mean learning how to avoid HIV and STDs? No, it’s more than that. It’s about building your self-confidence, so you feel more comfortable going to clinics and advocating for yourself about your health and body. It’s about reducing the stigma around HIV and STDs. It’s also about
cherishing your body, and your relationships with other people.
(“build self-confidence, reduce negative stigma, improve your relationships with yourself and with others” appear while Angela signs.)
