Go from field work to the real world with RIT’s environmental science programs. Dr. Christy Tyler takes you through the diverse research sites at RIT and off campus where students study issues that include soil health, invasive species, greenhouse gas emissions, and water health. Combining field work research skills with cutting-edge analysis techniques using geographic information systems and remote sensing, environmental science students at both the undergraduate and graduate levels are helping to solve real environmental problems. Email science@rit.edu to request a tour of the on-campus research sites.
