Hi! My name is Debby Buchan.
I work as the Program Developer in the San Leandro office.
[Slide shows growing text and spotlight: If you could be an animal what would you be and why?]
My animal… hard to pick… there are so many beautiful animals but the one I picked is the Elephant! Why? To me, Elephants show strength and endurance and their amazing trunk! Their large ears…same as me! Mostly I respect their strong support of the community – the herd! If someone in the herd is sick or weak the herd works together to support and protect them. If a member of the herd passes they grieve, showing they recognize everyone in the group and support each other. I like that! It’s like community support. I respect that. That’s the Elephant! Thank you!
