Audiologists, for some reason, have a tendency to call their deaf patients or require their deaf patients call them to make appointments, etc. amongst other ridiculous and audist things they do and it’s mind boggling to me.
While there are VR, text relay, and other things that we use, not all of us do. And if I, for example, and have told you multiple times that I use email only, there is no reason to be calling me.
