My hearing aids are being sent off for repair again when they were just sent off two months ago. The loaners didn’t have my program put on them… again.
But yeah, audiologists are some of the most confusing people deaf people have ever dealt with. You’d think that because they work for deaf people they would know a thing or two about proper communication but alas…
